Oversized is a cut, not a mistake. A good oversized tee looks intentional: relaxed through the body, dropped at the shoulder, and long enough to hang straight instead of clinging. A bad one just looks like you borrowed it. The difference is mostly sizing, so here's how to get it right the first time.
What "oversized" actually means
Our tees are cut unisex and oversized, and they're true to size. Pick your usual size and you get the intended look:
- Shoulders: the seam sits a little past your shoulder, not on it.
- Body: room to move, no pulling across the chest or stomach.
- Sleeves: wider and a touch longer than a regular tee.
- Length: long enough to tuck in at the front or wear loose.
Sizes run from XS to 3XL, in 180 GSM heavyweight cotton, so the tee holds its shape instead of going limp.
The 60-second way to find your size
Forget your body measurements for a minute. The easiest way is to measure a tee you already love wearing.
- Lay it flat on a table and smooth it out.
- Measure across the chest, armpit to armpit. Double it: that's the bust.
- Measure from the top of the shoulder to the hem: that's the length.
- Compare both numbers with the chart on our size guide, or tap Size & fit next to the sizes on any product.
Every chart is measured by hand on the garment itself, so allow a centimetre or two either way.
When to size down, and when to size up
- Want it less oversized? Size down one. You keep the dropped shoulder but lose some width and length.
- Want it extra slouchy, or to wear as a dress? Size up one.
- Between two sizes? Take your usual size. The cut already has room built in.
Hoodies and sweatshirts
Our hoodies and sweatshirts run S to 3XL and are cut roomy on purpose, so they layer over a tee without fighting it. Same rule: your usual size for the intended fit, one up for more slouch. They have their own chart, with a sketch, on every product page.
Kids: go by height, not age
Kids tees run from 1–2Y to 6–7Y (roughly 100 to 150 cm tall). Ages are a guess; height is a fact. On the product page, slide to your child's height and it tells you the size and how much growing room is left. Between sizes? Size up. They grow.
