How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free to every country. Typical delivery after dispatch: US 3–6 business days, UK and EU 5–8, Canada and Australia 6–10, rest of world 7–14. You get tracking the moment it ships.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free to every country, on every order. No minimum spend, no small print.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also find it under Track order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@franklytho.com with your order number as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do what we can.
How do the tees fit?
Unisex oversized and true to size, XS to 3XL. Want it less oversized? Size down one. Every product page has a fit guide and size chart.
Where's the size chart?
On every product page, next to the sizes. Tap Size chart. Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.
How do I care for the print?
Wash cold, inside out. Hang dry or tumble low. Don't iron the print. Do that and it holds up through 100+ washes with no fading.
What sizes do kids tees come in?
The mini line runs from age 2–3 to 12–13 in the same soft, breathable cotton as the adult tees. Safe for every age. Between sizes? Size up. They grow.
What's the returns policy?
14-day returns. Start one from Track order and we'll send the steps. No guilt trip included. The full details are in our returns policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Everything shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify, and we never see your card details.
Where does my discount code go?
In the cart under Discount code, or at checkout. If it's valid, it comes off before you pay.
